How is ROAS calculated in Google Ads?

ROAS = Revenue generated / Advertising spend. For example, if you spend $100 and generate $400 in sales, your ROAS is 4 (or 400%). Target ROAS varies by industry: ecommerce typically aims for 3-8x, B2B services may work with 2-4x.

What is the difference between CPA and CPC?

CPC (Cost Per Click) is what you pay for each ad click. CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) is what you pay for each completed conversion. CPA is always higher than CPC because not all clicks result in conversions.
