Sign in with the email that manages them and you see them all in one selector, grouped by manager (an MCC included). The full audit is bought per account, and so is the monthly fee: you pay one for each account you want on Live, all on the same invoice. You can freeze an account whenever you like and it stops counting on the next invoice.
