Smart Alerts automatically detect unusual patterns in your campaigns, so you can act before problems cost you money.
Smart Alerts with anomaly detection are available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Starter users receive basic email alerts.
How Do Smart Alerts Work?
1. Continuous Monitoring
Every time your data syncs, we analyze: yesterday vs. today, this week vs. last week, and the 90-day trend.
2. Anomaly Detection
We automatically detect significant changes:
- CTR dropped 40% (vs. your normal 2-3% fluctuation)
- CPC spiked 60% (market getting competitive)
- Conversions down 50% (something broke?)
3. Severity Classification
- Critical: Immediate action needed (revenue impact)
- Warning: Monitor closely (trending negative)
- Info: FYI (interesting but not urgent)
4. Notification
We notify you via email (immediate for critical) and in-app notifications.
Types of Smart Alerts
Performance Drops
Alert: "Campaign X ROAS dropped 35% this week"
Check: Did you change bids? Is there an external event? Are keywords still high quality?
Quality Score Decline
Alert: "Your best keyword's quality score dropped from 9 to 6"
Review landing page relevance, ad copy match, and click-through rate.
Budget Alerts
Alert: "At current spend, you'll exceed monthly budget on the 25th"
Options: pause low-performers, reduce daily budget, or add funds.
Competitive Pressure
Alert: "Average CPC in your market rose 25% this week"
Options: improve Quality Scores, increase bids on high-ROI keywords, or find less competitive long-tail keywords.
Alerts With Recommendations
Many smart alerts include recommended actions:
Alert: "Keyword 'blue shoes' has 8% conversion rate (vs. your 2% average)"
Recommended action: "Increase bid by 20% to capture more volume?"
You can approve the action directly from AdPredictor (Professional+), review it in detail, or dismiss it.
